50,000 sq. ft. LEASED in 100,000 sq. ft. F.O. Merz Facility

The Lyons Group recently represented the owner and landlord
in the lease of 50,000 square feet at the former F.O. Merz industrial facility
that sits on I-85 between Spartanburg
and Gaffney, SC.
The lease commenced on June
1, 2009 and the tenant, Upstate Logistics & Distribution, LLC,
will occupy the warehouse and distribution facility immediately. The
remaining specifics of the deal were not disclosed. The 50,000 square
feet of space that was leased was only half of the space that was available in
the +/- 100,000 sq. ft facility.
According to the brokerage company, The Lyons Group, this facility will
remain FOR SALE or LEASE with 50,000 sq. ft. still available for a suitable
tenant.
