Gaffney Industrial Facility Leased to SC Government Agency

The Lyons Group recently represented SLR Holdings, Inc. in leasing their
industrial facility located at 226 Hyatt St
in Gaffney, SC. The +/- 33,241 sq. ft. facility is located on
approximately 4.86 acres and was formerly occupied by Southern Loom-Reed. The tenant, South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department, has agreed to
a 3-year lease term with an additional 4-year option period. Beginning November 1, 2008, the SC Vocational
Rehabilitation Dept will operate in conjunction with Freightliner Custom
Chassis Corp. in utilizing the facility.
