109 Southwest Drive Facility SELLS for FULL PRICE!!

Even during tough economic times, The Lyons Group continues
to hold true to their clients’ success in their real estate transactions. After several months on the market and
numerous sub-par purchase offers, The Lyons Group was able to find a buyer and
negotiate a FULL PRICE offer for the Southwest Industrial Park – Building #7, a
+/- 15,000 sq. ft. industrial facility on approximately 1.13 acres.
The buyer, PBR Investments,
a Wisconsin-based company, was pleased to be represented in the transaction by
Tim Harrison, MBA, CCIM of Sperry Van Ness - Whitney Commercial Real Estate in Asheville,
NC. The
Sellers, Andre Pocivavsek and Steve Murph, were thankful they were advised by Bobby
Lyons, CCIM, AARE not to settle for previous lower offers and to wait for serious
offers to come. The facility was priced
right at $330,000 and it sold for exactly that which equates to $22 per sq. ft.
– a true market rate for industrial property in that area.
