Auctioneer and upstate commercial broker Bobby Lyons, CCIM, AARE of The Lyons Group represented the seller, Andy and Barbara Crane, in the auction sale of +/- 11.63 acre prime development tract on Dillon Drive near Mary Black Hospital in Spartanburg, SC. The property also included a +/- 2,757 square foot house / clubhouse including tennis court and a detached guest house. The purchaser, Leanne Nguyen, who is a local business woman, plans to use the property as her family’s primary residence and also as a future investment for development. The property sold for $800,000.
