Bobby Lyons, CCIM, AARE of The Lyons Group, LLC led his auction team in the sale of a newly renovated +/- 2,400 sq. ft. service facility with +/- 1.24 acres of land on Old Petrie Road Ext. in Spartanburg, SC. The purchaser was MMG Steel who will use the facility as a local construction office.
