Achieva Rubber Corporation Acquires 108,000 s.f. Industrial Facility

Upstate commercial broker Bobby Lyons, CCIM, AARE of The Lyons Group represented the buyer, Achieva Rubber Corporation, out of Torrance, CA in the purchase of a +/- 108,000 sq. ft. industrial facility formerly known as MPI Southern Fineblanking in Cowpens, SC. Bobby assisted his client in successfully negotiating a purchase price which was less than 50% of the original listing price. The seller, MPI, is pleased to dispose of the property and the buyer, Mr. Charles Tsai of Achieva Rubber Corporation, will use this site as an east coast distribution facility.
