Bobby Lyons to Appear in November's "Auctioneer Magazine"

Auctioneer Bobby Lyons, CCIM, AARE of The Lyons Group, LLC appeared in a full-spread article in the November issue of Auctioneer magazine for his generous efforts in representing the seller in the auction sale of a unsolved murder site after the property was listed traditionally for more than three years. The auction of the +/- 6,069 sq. ft. sales & service center for Superbike Motorsports in Chesnee, SC attracted several upstate newspapers and news camera crews who assisted in the publicizing of the sale. The purchaser, Harold Pye, owns an automotive sales company in the Chesnee area and is unsure of his future plans for the building but believes he bought the building for a reasonable price.
