Auction Division Leading the Race

The Auction Division of The Lyons Group, led by Bobby Lyons, CCIM, AARE gathered on June 21st
to perform yet another commercial real estate auction. The property was a 4,856 sq. ft. free-standing
brick office building once occupied by Liberty Life Insurance and located on
Century Drive in Greenville off of North
Pleasantburg Drive. The auction was a success and possession of
the property was given at closing on July 20th. The seller was quite pleased when the
property sold for $80,000 above his reserve price!!
