25,000 sq. ft. industrial facility sells in two weeks

Bobby Lyons, CCIM and
president of The Lyons Group, LLC recently represented the owners of a 25,000
square foot industrial facility located at 150 Franke
Drive in Spartanburg,
SC.
The property was only on the market for two weeks when a contract was
reached with Advanced Environmental Options, Inc. (AEO) for $630,000. AEO will utilize the building for their
environmental services company which is growing at a very rapid pace.
