Zimmerman Land Tract Sells for 235% More than the Tax Appraised Value!

The absolute land auction for the 52.1 acre tract of land located on
Goodwin Bridge Road
in Travelers Rest, SC (Greenville Co.) sold on December 6th, 2005. The auction attracted 13 registered bidders from 3 states and when the hammer fell, the final contact price was 235% more than the Greenville Co., SC tax appraised value! This is another excellent example of the effectiveness of selling raw land and other real estate assets utilizing the auction method of marketing.
