Acrotech Southeast industrial facility sells

Acrometal, Inc., parent company of Acrotech Southeast, based in Plymouth, Minnesta decides to auction their 118,000 sq. ft. industrial facility located in Spartanburg, SC. The property was listed conventionally for over 2 years with no success. Bobby Lyons, CCIM sold the property to a Greenville, SC real estate investor.
